Simi Sportscards Bid Board Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Participation is open to anyone who is of legal age (18 years and above). Employees, board members, and their immediate families of Simi Sportscards, as well as the event sponsors, are eligible to participate, unless otherwise stated.

Bidding: All bids must be made on the provided bid sheet placed behind the auction items. Bids should be written clearly and legibly. By placing a bid, you are committing to purchase the item if you have the highest bid at the end of the auction.

Item Condition: All items are sold "as is" and "where is" with no warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. Simi Sportscards has endeavored to catalog and describe the auction items correctly, but all items are sold "as is."

Payment: Winning bidders must make payment in full at the conclusion of the auction. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Payment must be received before the item can be collected.

Item Collection: All items must be picked up at the conclusion of the event unless special arrangements have been made. Any items not collected within a week may be resold or donated with no refund to the original winning bidder.

Cancellation: Simi Sportscards reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time without notice.

Privacy: Personal information collected during the auction will be used for the purpose of managing the silent auction only, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete transactions.

By placing a bid, you agree to abide by all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from bidding.
