1. Consignment Agreement: The seller must agree to our consignment agreement, which outlines the terms of our services, including commission rates, payment schedules, and other important details.


2. Tax Obligations: The seller is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including federal and state taxes. We will provide the seller with the necessary tax forms and information to assist them in meeting their tax obligations


3. Commission Rates: Our commission rates vary based on the type of item being sold and the selling price. The commission rates will be clearly outlined in the consignment agreement.


4. Item Valuation: The seller is responsible for accurately valuing their items for sale. We may provide assistance in pricing items but ultimately the seller has the final say.


5. Item Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any item for sale that we deem inappropriate or unsellable.


6. Item Storage: We will store the seller's items in a safe and secure location. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the items while they are in our possession.


7. Payment Schedule: Payments to the seller will be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the consignment agreement. Any delays in payment will be communicated to the seller in a timely manner.


8. Termination of Agreement: The consignment agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with written notice.


9. Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of California.


Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the seller and our consignment business and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.


By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the seller acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable tax requirements federally and the state of California.
